Do eB2Bcom provide a help desk facility for View500?
YES. A single contact telephone number is provided to View500 customers as a central source of support and maintenance inquiries. Our help desk operates between 9.00am and 5.30pm on normal business days. Additional support for 24 x 7 operation can be negotiated as part of the support and maintenance agreement.

What is covered by the View500 Support & Maintenance agreement?
Support and maintenance covers the following: · Up to 20 hours telephone or on-site technical advice and support · All remedial work and provision of problem fix · New release software
