DAVID ROLLS
GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
David joined eNitiatives in 2002. Previously, David
spent 8 years with Telstra in senior management roles including
CEO Telstra Enhanced Services and President of Telstra China.
David has held significant roles in some of the world's leading
companies including 10 years with GE based in Australia and
Hong Kong and 3 years with Thorn EMI running their Australian
software operations.
David has a BsC (Hons) from Sydney University with major
studies being in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is a
member of the Australian Institute of Directors. David is the
Chairman of eNitiatives Pty Ltd. David is based in Sydney.

BOB WHITE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Bob White co-founded eNitiatives in 2000 with Andrew Ferguson after
over 30 years in the ITT industry including CEO and senior sales roles
with American, British, Japanese, and Australian companies locally and
the UK; he also had three years with PA Consulting Group. Bob was appointed
as the Chief Executive Officer of eNitiatives Pty Ltd in 2011.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Pure Mathematics from the
University of Melbourne, a Diploma of Education, and he attended the Advanced
Management Programme at Mt. Eliza Management College. Bob is also CEO of the
eB2Bcom Group of companies.

ANDREW FERGUSON
DIRECTOR GROUP MARKETING & GLOBAL CHANNEL
Andrew Ferguson co-founded eNitiatives in 2000 with Bob White.
Andrew has a high profile in the Australian and international
Identity and Access Management community, and has spoken at
many conferences internationally. His two most recent events
were in Tampa in Florida in 2011 where he spoke at a Defence
& Intelligence community conference on Secure Directory Services
and at the EEEMA Annual Conference in Tallinn, Estonia also in 2011
where he gave a Business Case paper on the use of Fine Grained
authorisation services based upon XACMLv3. Andrew is a past Chairman
of the Electronic Messaging Group of Tradegate Electronic Commerce Australia (ECA),
a past Board member of the Asian Oceanic Electronic Messaging Association
(AOEMA), a past board member of the World Directory forum
and the past Vice-Chairman of the Australian IT Security Forum.
He is currently a member of the IT security Chapter of the
Singapore Infocomm Federation. Andrew frequently either Chairs
or is a speaker at IT Security & Identity and Access Management
conferences. Andrew regularly attends the key global
events in the IAM field in the USA and Europe.
Andrew has a Diploma in Computer Systems Analysis & Design
from Watford Technical College London, and he is a Member
of the Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics. Andrew
is based in Melbourne Australia and is responsible for International
Business & Channel Development operations, as well as Group Marketing.

DR STEVEN LEGG
CHIEF ARCHITECT
Steven has been with the ViewDS directory product
since its inception in the Telstra Research Laboratories in
1987, moving with the product when it was licensed to Adacel
Technologies in 1999, and joined eB2Bcom in mid-2004 when Adacel's
directory business unit was acquired by eB2Bcom.
Steven has been working in the field of electronic directories
since completing his Ph.D. in computer science in 1988. He
has over 21 years of technical experience in software research
and development with particular emphasis on X.500, ASN.1,
LDAP and XMLeD. He has been active within the Internet Engineering
Task Force in the area of LDAP standardization since 1999.
As Chief Architect, his current focus is designing
and developing new functionality in the fields of XACML fine-grained
access control, Unicode searching and matching, and extensions
to the Universal Discovery server architecture. Steve is the
author of a number of Draft IETF standards (see www.xmled.org)
and also the author of one of the new LDAP RFCs (viz: RFC4517
LDAP: Syntaxes and Matching Rules [S. Legg, eB2Bcom]).

FRANK JORISSEN
EUROPEAN REGION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Frank Jorissen was appointed in 2011 and is the eNitiatives European
Regional Business Development Manager based in Belgium. Frank has over 25 years
experience in ICT Security, of which the last 20 have been in business development
and consultative selling with a focus on ICT security - specialising in Identity and
Access Management (IAM), secure virtual desktop and endpoint protection in the cloud.
Frank has a Master of Science (MSc) degree (1985), with specialisation in ICT Security
& IAM, and Postgraduate degree (2004) in Business Administration. Frank was formerly the
Vice Chairman of the Board of EEMA (1999-2007), "the european assocation for e-identity
and security"; and was awarded "EEMA Life Fellowship in 2007 (www.eema.org ) .Frank is also
the Co-founder and former Chairmain of the Steering Committee (1999-2006) of Europe's largest
independent ICT Security Conference "ISSE" ( see www.isse.eu.com ) + program committee member.
Frank is responsible for all Channel and Partner Development for the ViewDS product suite in Europe.
